B. badboy. 3sEj. 12 May 2014 I don't know about the other blackberry z10 users but I have try to download the new blackberry os on wifi a few times without any luck for it fail to download over wifi. The blackberry team should look into this problem for its costing some people a lot of money to try to stay up to date with all the new OS for blackberry.

Its now a free thing to use wifi so please if you have new updates like a new OS make it so that it will be able to be downloaded over wifi for like I set its costing money to download the new OS and not all have access to a computer to download it over a computer with a cable connected to the phone. 6C57. 25 Mar 2014 I just loaded the new operating system and there is nothing about it that was worth the time to do so. In addition, some of the basic functionality that existed under the old system has disappeared resulting in even more steps to handle relatively simple tasks.

The fact that BB felt the need to change the way the screen looks when you answer the phone as opposed to dealing with other more significant operating issues is not a good sign. I love the keyboard, but wouldn't keep the BB otherwise. Sorry guys. Rating 0. M. Maputo.

kIEw. 05 Mar 2014 I have the BB Q10 on ATT, no update yet. ATT is still pushing the OS 10.1, no news about 10.2.0 nor the lates 10.2.1. I have called ATT several times, but their support people don't even know what an OS is. It is a disgrace that ATT does this and, starting my next bill, I am going to question the charges, because I cannot use my Q10 to its full capability, and I don't think why we should pay full price for an obsolete phone. ATT says that the reason why they have not come out with OS 10.2.1 is because they are 'testing' the compatibility with their network.

The only compatibility that is important is with the Q10 itself, and that was obviously tested by BB themselves. The real reason is that, I am sure, ATT is busy blocking Apps that impact negatively their bottom line, such as Apps that allows you to place international calls free or very cheap.

With the radio only loader you won’t need to reset everything up as it’s non-destructive but I still highly recommend backing up your device before running these files.
