Groupwise Webmail Vista
Aug 12, 2007 I recently got a laptop that has Vista. Vista will not allow me to access my work email which is Novell Groupwise. I have tried turning off all of the. Outlook export mail file Vista download - GroupWise to Outlook Move Vista download - Best Free Vista Downloads - Free Vista software download - freeware, shareware.
Hello ppl, question. I'm building a Vista Business test machine (with Vista SP1) (not that i want to more that i must use vista sometime) and installed GW 703HP1 client on it. So far it works but when i try to login from the client to the GW server it doesn't connect. I fill in the pass and ip and port, press enter it pops up the password screen again.
WHen I've tried it three times i get an OLE-error 80004005. I've tried clean setup (with CLeanit to remove reg entries) i've installed the mapi.dll again, i've even tried to hit it with my keyboard, but.nothing helps. (dont really like vista and this doesnt help) Now i cant find anyone with the same problem and im kinda stuck now. On all the XP machines here at work it works great, no problem. Anyone any idea's? Pls?:D Stefan stefan@cepezed.nl - cepezed. 'Just Migrated our GW 6.5 system from a NW 5.1 O/S to NW 6.5. I gave the TEMP Tree a different Container Object name of 'Grpwise', instead of 'Grpwise6' (since we are intending to upgrade to GW8-and I wasn't sure if it mattered with the TEMP Tree, anyway). So, the system went over well.
I reinstalled the Agents and copied over the Configuration Files. All Agents are working normally. HOWEVER, the Container 'Grpwise' now appears under our normal Tree, instead of 'Grpwise6'. In ConsoleOne, if I right-click the Objects. When searching the NNTP the GroupWise client crashes and the following message appears: GroupWise has generated an error and will be closed by Windows.
